Over the years of designing solutions for companies one field in specific was problematic to us, phone carriers, we grew tired of watching the same issues challenge our customers and the market time and time again. Companies suffered from constant billing issues, confusion from trying to deal with multiple agents, and a lack of understanding the service they received (or didn’t receive).
Most of our customers polled over the years gave the same feedback, most of the challenges came from having to use more than one Vendor or in order to achieve a truly redundant solution or the “One Size Fits All” mentality they had to deal with too many carriers. This just didn’t make sense to us, and it certainly didn’t make sense to to our customers. On top of everything, the carrier service market was plagued with bad customer service and inaccurate billing.
In 2008, we began expanding our services and created Line Plus, our own phone service communication platform, with this goal: take carrier and Hosted VoIP service burdens away from our customers by offering one vendor, one bill, exceptional customer service and competitive prices.
